HOW TO BECOME A REFEREE

STEP 1 : US SOCCER LEARNING CENTER 

1. Visit http://bit.ly/3D57IYz and create a Referee profile. 
2. Follow http://bit.ly/40autPp to find the 2023 Grassroots Referee course
3. Complete the course.

STEP 2 : SAFESPORT 

1. If you are 18, or older visit http://bit.ly/3D5Jwj5 to complete the required SafeSport training. 
2. DO NOT COMPLETE A BACKGROUND CHECK ON THE U.S. SOCCER WEBSITE! 

STEP 3 : GAMEOFFICIALS 

1. Visit http://bit.ly/3Xx7s7v > Select 2023 New Referee Registration > Select desired course > Register! 
2. Create GameOfficials Account (Separate of US Soccer Learning Center). 
3. Complete registration for course by paying the $67.50 fee.

STEP 4 : GAMEOFFICIALS SESSION 

1. Go to registered course and select “Load session tracker”.
2. Complete ull heading policy and concussion modules.
3. ATTEND FIELD SESSION. 
4. RECEIVE BADGE!
